Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Local Delivery

  • Within 6 Miles: We offer local delivery within a 6-mile radius with no minimum order requirement for a flat fee of $25.
  • 6 to 10 Miles: For distances between 6 to 10 miles, local delivery is available for orders of $500 or more, with a $5 delivery charge.

Domestic Shipping Costs and Estimates

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are determined by the selected carrier. We strive to secure the most economical shipping options and use the services of USPS and UPS.

Order Tracking

  • Tracking Information: Upon shipment, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery status. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
  • Missing Notifications: If you have not received your shipping notification within 2 business days of receiving your order confirmation email, please contact us at support@gobreaker.com with your name and order number, or reply to your order confirmation email, and we will investigate.

Delayed Shipments

  • Minimum Order Value: To request a quote, your order must have a minimum value of $750.
  • Request Process: After selecting your products, go to your cart and click on "Request a Quote."
  • Response Time: We will respond within 48 hours with your quote details.
