Shipping Policy
We offer free shipping for orders over $350.
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) following receipt of your order confirmation email. You will receive a subsequent notification when your order has shipped, which will include a tracking number.
Local Delivery
We offer local delivery within a 6-mile radius with no minimum order requirement for a flat fee of $25.
For distances between 6 to 10 miles, local delivery is available only for orders of $500 or more, with a $5 delivery charge.
Domestic Shipping Costs and Estimates
Shipping rates are determined by the selected carrier. We endeavor to secure the most economical shipping options and utilize the services of USPS, UPS.
Order Tracking
Upon shipment of your order, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number that can be used to monitor the status of your delivery. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you have not received your shipping notification within 2 business days of receiving your order confirmation email, please contact us at info@gobreaker.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate. You may also reply to your order confirmation.
Delayed Shipments
Some items may take longer to ship due to availability or special handling requirements. If that is the case, you will receive a notification via email with an estimated shipping timeframe.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, the item and its original packaging must be unused and in the same condition as received.
Please be advised that returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will send an email notification. You will also be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.

Defective Items
In the rare event that your item is defective, please contact us immediately for a replacement. We only replace items that are defective or damaged.
Quote Requests
To request a quote, your order must have a minimum value of $750. After selecting your products, go to your cart and click on "Request a Quote."
We will respond within 48 hours with your quote details.
